Eddie Hall at Southgate Leisure Centre

The world’s strongest man made an appearance at our local leisure centre on Tuesday afternoon. The event included a Q&A, great food and some mini strong-man competitions with live demonstrations from Eddie himself.

Eddie has deadlifted £500kg! It was great to hear his tips.
